To be considered for membership, you should be a principal or Director of an established independent executive search firm, with a track record of successfully delivering board and senior management level recruitment assignments with a broad range of clients.

You will be interested in offering your clients access to an international network of search and HR consultants. All our members operate to the highest levels of assignment completion and client satisfaction.

ERI members meet twice a year for a two-day conference organised and hosted by a member company. Depending on your location, you will be expected to attend a minimum number of these events to maintain your membership of the network.

As important as the high professional standards expected, it is important that members meet socially and build trust and strong relationships.
