In most cases, client companies engage international ERI partners through their local country consultant or contact. Video meetings with the client, local consultant and managing partner of the remote search firm take place to discuss the mission and to agree the process. The local company will stay in contact and support the firm conducting the in country search throughout the assignment.

ERI partners work in full transparency and openness. As the client, you can choose to be invoiced by your local partner, or by the firm leading on the cross-border assignment.
